Southwest Chemical Association establishes scholarship
Future chemical engineering majors at 51±¬ÁÏ will benefit from the establishment of the Southwest Chemical Association Scholarship in Chemical Engineering at 51±¬ÁÏ.
Southwest Chemical Association is a not-for-profit petrochemical industry organization that was established in 1977 with the mission of supporting and developing the next generation of chemical engineers.
“The association’s longstanding relationship with the university is well represented through the new scholarship,” said T.C. Ho, chair and professor of chemical engineering.
“We are grateful for their support and continued commitment to supporting 51±¬ÁÏ and students in the Dan F. Smith Department of Chemical Engineering.”
